At Aroma Nexus Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy.

Return & Exchange Eligibility:

• We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date for items that are in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
• To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original packaging and include all accessories or documentation that came with the product.
• Please note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used, opened, or damaged.

Return & Exchange Process:

2. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
3. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
4. Refund/Exchange: If the return is approved, we will either:
   • Process a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping charges.
   • Process an exchange for the same item or a different item, depending on availability.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Used or opened products
• Items marked as "final sale"
• Gift cards or promotional items

Conditions:

• All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• The returned items should be unused, with no damage or wear, and must be returned in their original packaging.
